1. About the prints
All artworks in this shop are original illustrations by Ferdi. Each print is produced to order using museum-quality printing through our trusted production partner, Gelato. Printing on demand allows us to minimise waste while ensuring each piece is made with care. Please note that prints are sold unframed unless otherwise stated.
As with any printed artwork, colours may appear slightly different in person depending on screen settings and lighting.
2. Shipping
All prints are produced using professional giclée printing on high-quality archival paper.
Details include:
• Fine art giclée printing
• Archival pigment inks designed to resist fading
• Premium matte paper
• Carefully packaged for safe delivery The aim is simple. The artwork should feel as striking on your wall as it does on screen.
2. Printing and Materials
We will work quickly to ship your order as soon as possible. Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email with further information. Delivery times vary depending on your location.
4. Manufacturing
Our products are manufactured both locally and globally. We carefully select our manufacturing partners to ensure our products are high quality and a fair value.
5. Packaging
Your print will be carefully packaged to ensure it arrives in excellent condition. Smaller prints are sent in rigid protective envelopes. Larger formats are shipped in durable protective tubes.
6. Returns and Replacements
As each print is made to order, we are unable to accept returns or exchanges for change of mind. However, if your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery and we will happily arrange a replacement.
To help us resolve the issue quickly, please include:
• Your order number
• A photo of the damaged print
• A photo of the packaging
7. Customs and Import Duties
International orders may be subject to customs charges or import duties depending on the destination country.
These charges are the responsibility of the customer.
8. Sustainability
Printing on demand helps reduce overproduction and waste by creating artwork only when it is ordered.
Gelato also operates a global network of local print partners, which helps shorten shipping distances and reduce environmental impact.
